What makes your approach different from other AI training programs?
Most AI training starts with tools, "here's how to use ChatGPT." We start with mindset. Before your team touches any tool, we fundamentally shift how they think about every task and process. This "AI-First" thinking means they naturally seek AI-enhanced solutions for everything they do, rather than treating AI as an occasional add-on. The result is deeper, more sustainable transformation.
How long does a typical training program take?
Programs range from 3 to 18 hours depending on the department and depth of transformation needed. Sales programs typically run 12 to 18 hours (our most comprehensive), while Administration programs can be completed in 6 to 12 hours. C-Level and custom programs are flexible based on your specific needs. Each program includes hands-on workshops, practice sessions, and ongoing coaching.
Do you offer remote training or only on-site?
We offer both! Our programs are designed to work seamlessly in remote, hybrid, and on-site formats. Remote programs use interactive virtual workshops with breakout rooms, live demonstrations, and real-time collaboration. On-site programs add the benefit of in-person energy and team bonding. Many clients choose a hybrid approach.
What if my team has no AI experience at all?
That's actually our ideal starting point. Teams with no AI experience are often the most transformative because they don't have bad habits to unlearn. Our mindset-first approach is specifically designed to take complete beginners and turn them into AI-First professionals. We meet your team exactly where they are.
How do you measure the ROI of your training?
We establish clear baselines before training begins, time spent on tasks, output quality, pipeline metrics (for sales), etc. Throughout and after the program, we track these same metrics to quantify improvement. Most teams see measurable productivity gains within the first 2 weeks. We also provide a detailed ROI report at program completion.
Can you customize a program for our specific industry?
Absolutely. While our core methodology (Mindset → Skillset → Integration) remains consistent, the specific applications, examples, workflows, and tools are fully customized to your industry, department, and existing tech stack. What happens after the training program ends?
Transformation doesn't stop when the program ends. We provide 30 days of post-program support including Q&A sessions, workflow optimization check-ins, and access to our resource library. We also offer ongoing coaching packages for teams that want continued guidance as they deepen their AI-First practices.
How many people can participate in a single program?
Our programs work best with groups of up 10 or 12 people. For larger organizations, we run multiple cohorts to maintain the interactive, hands-on experience that makes our training effective. Each cohort gets dedicated attention from our trainers. We can also train internal champions who then help scale AI-First thinking across the organization.
